Hello, I'm Katie.
I am a New England photographer based just outside of Boston. I've been taking photos almost my entire life. I have loved photography for as long as I can remember, and from a young age I’ve always had a camera with me. I got my first camera, a little 110 Kodak film camera, when I was 9. I’ve been obsessed with photography ever since. I take pictures of everything from concerts, family photos, weddings, pets, and all kinds of other portraits. I really enjoy meeting all walks of life!
You can always find me exploring new locations for shoots whether it’s a beautiful wooded area, something by the water, big open spaces, or urban landscapes. I love getting outside to take photos, but I also love a cozy home session. It’s exciting finding unique spots for my shoots. It also helps living around New England because of the beautiful seasons we get.
Besides photography, I am incredibly passionate about all things music, traveling, art, movies, and I’m also a big wrestling nerd. I’m a sucker for a good sunset, New England foliage, walks with my dog Sophie , snuggling with my cat Willow, and grabbing a bite to eat or coffee with friends and family. My people keep me going, and are so important to me.
I take pictures of everything I can, and I try to bring a unique and loving perspective to each image. Candid photos are my favorite, so I do what I can to capture those moments. I think that’s why I love concerts so much! I always want my clients to have fun when I photograph them. I also don’t want anyone to feel like they're just a client, but like a friend. I try and to make sure everyone feels comfortable, confident, and cool as a cucumber during our session!
I tell stories with my work, and I make it the best experience possible for everyone. I want to help you create something even better than you imagined, and I want it to be love at first sight when you see your photos. Being able to freeze a moment in time is what makes me love photography so much. Time fades, we age, and we loose loved ones along the way. Time changes everything, but the picture remains the same.
